The Ground System and the Chain-of-Grounds

If you have a Metal Fence with several Steel or Irn Posts
that are placed in the Ground and Anchored by Concrete.

Simply take a piece of Ground Wire and Drill a Hole
or two at Ground Level in each of about 4-5 Posts.
Then take a Metal Screw and Flat Washer to secure the
Ground Wire to each of the Posts in each of the Holes.
If you want you can Trench an Inch or two of Dirt to
Bury the Ground Wire in between Posts.

Just about as effective as any Eight Foot Copper Ground
Rod that you might install.

One of the Posts will be your main Grounding Point
and the others part of the Ground Chain {Series of
Small Grounds} that forms your complete Ground System.

Making use of what is already there . . .
with the least of work :o)

RadioShack has 40-Ft. Roles of Aluminum Ground Wire
