The Ground (Rod and Wire) as an Antenna ?

The Radio / Receiver 'senses' what it senses across it's
Antenna Terminals and within it's Internal Circuitry.

This may be especially true if the Radio / Receiver
is plugged into the House's AC Power System.

The House's AC Power System represents a Wire Network
of RF Signal gathering potential (HF-AC) and the Ground
Rod (Antenna) and Ground Wire also represent a Wire
Network of RF Signal gathering potential (HF-AC). The
'difference' between the two Wire Networks is detected,
processes and amplified by the Radio /Receiver and thus
we get what we think is a Ground (Rod) Antenna.
