Needs a filter between 2 and 8 big time. I suspect a more modern new
radio would provide more enjoyment.

Needs a filter between 2 and 8 big time.

Depends on taste. The 8 mhz bandwidth will have nice audio on AM. 2
mhz might be a little pinched, even for ssb.
