IBOC will destroy what's left of analog radio.

Hey David,

Didn't you read the article, or maybe you can't read. IBOC has very
little affect on
adjacent channel interference !

I can listen to my radios and tell that IBOC causes adjacent channel
interference.

Oh, and how can you "tell". Do you have special equipment, as in the
article, or do you have a baseline, to go by ? How do you even know it
is IBOC causing the interference ? You, and others, keep making
blanket, ignorant statements/assumptions !

I listen to WLW and WHO (both include digital), from Maryland, and
there is no noticeable interference; the summation of the link/article,
that I posted, stated that in most cases it wasn't an issue, and
certainly doesn't keep one from AM DXing. If there was interference it
was slight, and in some cases, they weren't sure if it was the digital
part causing the interference, anyway. So this crap, that IBOC will
destroy analog radio, was made out of pure ignorance...

MW IBOC isn't on at night.

I have very special equipment. A Drake R8B and a 50' random wire
transfomer coupled to coaxial cable. I can hear the LAX TIS station
from 35 miles away. I can also hear the Mojave Desert station from
Barstow, some days, close to 100 miles away.
