initial review of redsun rf-1210
I acquired a Redsun RF-1210, which is a receiver that very closely resembles the Tecsun R-9700DX. After a bit of use, I wrote up a description of my experiences and included a couple photos of the radio. This writeup is available at:

It' s comparable to the Degen 1107 except clock and light. I don't have the Tecsun R-9700DX, but from the blogspot, it is looking almost the same. By the way, do you have the Redsun RP-2100, it is a BCL with PLL circuit dual conversion set, very powerful in FM, strong in MW and good in shortwave reception. Regards AMK |

Well, if you go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/de1108/ you can read what I
think of my RP-2100, so far anyway... "weatherall" wrote in message ... I don't have that one but I'm interested to hear how it performs. I got a Tecsun BCL-2000 not so long ago which I use mostly for FM and mediumwave.
