Kol Israel 9400 actually put in a pretty usable signal here during their English
broadcast at 1900-1925. 11590 was unusable.

Yesterday, 11590 was very marginal and 9400 was useless.

Are you sure that Sirius doesn't require a subscription? I'm pretty
sure that it does, in which case their schedules are irrelevant.
