oups.com... nobody gives any specail respect to a swl but they do respect a licnesed ham in the radio stores. you can even get unadvterised discounts if you show your licnese so a ham ticket means moeny saved. I say you moslty dont know enough and thatsw hy you stay a loser swl or cb opreator. Happy 4th losers! Hate to tell you this, dude, but a lot of places don't even know what a real ham is, either. I have to go all the way to Wisconsin to go to a real radio store anymore. Back in the 60's we had Olson, Radio Shack and we could order from Burstein Appleby by mail. I was only a kid back then. And Radio Shack had real radio stuff. BTW, did you know that the Twin Towers and the other buildings were built over the old Radio Row neighborhood in New York? Charles of Schaumburg |
