Default VLF Antenna?

Hi,
I am needing to build a VLF antenna for my Andrea
RAK-7 receiver. This receiver covers from
16-600 kHz in 6 bands(15-25 KHz, 25-43.5 KHz,
43.5-77.5 KHz, 77.5-153 KHz, 153-308 KHz,
and 308-600 KHz).

I was wondering if anybody here could help with a
simple yet effective antenna for this receiver?

I am limited
to what's in my small junk box.

I actually have all of the parts to build an E-probe
except for a couple J310 and 2N5109 transistors and a
couple 470uH chokes.

This will be my first venture into the VLF world.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated
Thank You
