i was just wondering, i see a company such as M2 has a nice 2m and
--440 eggbeater'' style of antennas

but i couldn't find anyone making one for higher freq such as 1296 etc

my thought was that it wasn't marketing related

so what happend at that band that makes a eggbeater
'poor'/inefficient??

Most users find they need 20 db gain, just to get out of their backyard.

I doubt it has anything to do with efficinecy, but rather criticalness of
the dimenions at 23cM. In addition, a 0dBd horizontal antenna at 1296 is not
all that useful.

If you want hemispheric coverage of circular polarizes signals, I have
documented a concept that involves harnessing 4 half wave dipoles to provide
excellent coverage. For low power situations regular TV quality components

ok thanks all i over looked the obviious , thought it might have some
