It's not legal on MURS unless it is certificated for use on MURS,
regardless of power setting.

It would be fine for a ham to use on 2m, but not for anyone on MURS.

It'd be nice to have a single radio for multiple services, but the FCC
rules don't allow that.

No, it's not legal for MURS.

I'd bet that this radio is illegal for sale in the US as well given
its specified abilities.
