If this is the one I think it is, they are as rare as hen's teeth.
Look for a high value choke (50H or more) or connect the primary and
secondary of an audio interstage transformer in series-aiding. Couple
with a .05 uf capacitor and use a suitable grid resistor in the next
stage (100k-1meg ohm).
