Default Is that China on 9,200 kHz?

Early mornings and late afternoons here on the US east coast I'm
hearing a fairly strong signal on 9,200 kHz with what sounds like
Chinese music. There's little on no commentary. Rapid QSB typical of
long haul propagation. Any info on this one?

Thanks,
Art N2AH
