Voice of The People

Voice of The People, 11695, in English, broadcasting to Zimbabwe via Madagascar
heard here at 1700 sign on.

Deutsche Welle was on 11695 in English prior to 1700 to South Asia via Germany.
And, it seems as though DW is under VoTP to the Middle East in Urdu via Sri
Lanka.
