Card on bottom of Hallicrafters SX-43, SX-42

Does anyone in this group have a Hallicrafters SX-43 or SX-42 that
still has the cardstock cover over the tuning access holes on the
bottom?? I am looking for a photo of the cover marking to create a
properly marked replica.
