Hello and thanks for the read.
I believe I am going to need a replacement CRT for my Motorola R-2001C Service Monitor. I have a weak trace that I can focus. I am going to check the voltages but don't have much hope that that will be the problem. Does anyone have a lead on where I might find a good replcement CRT if I need it? Larry |

Larry You might try rejuvenating it and reset bias. I have extended the life of CRTs between 3-15 years on nearly all that way (not much use these days). It can only improve the situation unless the phosphor is burned. . They were never much good out in the sun anyway though. It would really be interesting to see if an LCD monitor module might fit in it's place. |
