RE Hy-Power HC-500 Tuner

I have a HC-500 Tokyo HyPower Labs Universal Antenna Coupler.

It has been severely molested and I want to restore it.

Does anyone have a copy of the schematic and the manual so I can see what
filled the "spare" holes on the back plate?

Would appreciate any help!
