SADC visitors to South Africa - new appeal to ICASA

For the past two years the South African Radio League (SARL) has been
petitioning ICASA to set up a SADC arrangement similar to the CEPT
licensing agreement which allows visiting amateurs from CEPT countries to
operate in South Africa for up to three months
