Pretty good, or a lot of work to get going? So far I have not tested the Bakelite radio but the guy I got it from said it was working. The R-100 will need some work but basically it does function, the other two will need work. One had the oscillator coil removed...though it was included, I assume it to be bad. I have not looked through my junk box yet... This will be a winter project and now that I'm retired I don't care of it takes me 20 years to restore them. LOL, sounds like a good winter-time project. I'm envious - I wish I had time to do similar things. I really enjoy restoring old gear. I'd love to find an old A****er Kent with the cabinet in decent condition and the electronics repairable. It would go well with the Edison cylinder phonograph and other antiques in our living room. -- ================== Remove the "x" from my email address Jerry, AI0K ================== |
