a friend has recently suggested that i should use 2sc2570 for vhf
work. i got a couple locally, they are cheap too. i have been told
that they have an Ft of 4.5GHz. i have searched the web trying to look
for datasheets.
my transistor is marked NEC, but the NEC site doesnt seem to have any
data on this beast.
any pointers??

2sc2570A instead of 2sc2570.
