Schematic for Downconverter

Hello and thanks for reading this post.

I am seeking a schematic for a downconverter for 1691 mhz for the
purpose of receiving weather sat info.

One would think there would be masses of this type of info, but I
can't seem to find it.

Any related website info appreciated as well.

Thanks for any possible help.
