Hello,
I know this is a strange and silly question, but I'm in need of two diodes leaking, in short circuit. Is there a fast way to do that? Like over-heating? Thanks |

"Short Circuit' and 'Leak' are not the same thing.
If you want a short circuited diode, just replace it with a piece of wire. If you want a diode that leaks, put a resistor of the appropriate value in parallel with the diode. -- Jim N8EE to email directly, send to my call sign at arrl dot net "Hayato" wrote in message om... Thanks A severely overheated junction will usually look much like a piece of wire. Doing this with excessive reverse voltage may work quicker than excessive forward current, which often destroys the case as well. -- John Popelish |
