I am looking for a Spectrum antenna, specifically to pick up CB frequencies.
I believe this is the Motorola brand of antennas. I have seen these before,
but all the local Motorola dealers say they don't know about them. Any
ideas?

Are you referring to a mobile or fixed (base) antenna?

Motorola often purchased antennas from other OEM mfg. to their
specifications (e.g. Larsen or A/S for mobile antennas or dB for fixed VHF
antennas)
