RM Italy RM3 transistors

RM Italy RM3 transistors

Does anyone know a common part number for the RM3 MOSFET transistor used in
RM amps ( http://www.rmitaly.com/ ) like the KL-203, KL-60, and KL-40? I
don't need to replace one I'm just very curious. I know it has to be a cheap
common transistor.
