PSK31 IQ

Hi!
Do you know a software for the generation a PSK31 signal with the
(i)nphase and (q)uadratur component seperated?
I got some MAX2450 ICs and thought about driving them with the IQ signal
and connecting an oscillator to it for generating the HF...
