Who knows? I am listening down here in South Florida using a coax
loop. Signal is pretty readable.

signal is in at S 1 and S 3
clear skys and some cloud

radio i am using. DX 394
antennas Wire antenna hooked on to a slinky indoors and an outside
wirte antenna strung across the drive way

KIPM is 20 over S9 in the Los ANgeles area.....
RX is a Icom 706MKII-G, AH-4 Antenna tuner and 100 feet of random
longwire.........
0530UTC/2230Hrs local
