All India Radio
Hearing All India Radio on 15150 at 0145 UTC.
As far as i know, this is a new time for them on this freq. Dont see anything in the freq schedules that have them on that freq now. Barry N4IJN |

It was a special broadcast for India's Independence Day... August 15. They do not normally use that frequency at that time of day, but just for the special broadcast.
