Default Big Ben

New Years Eve at 0000-UTC (7:00-pm EST) is one of the few times in the
year when the BBC airs all twelve chimes of Big Ben. Start listening at
one minute before the hour (2359-UTC or 6:59pm EST).

You'll just have to get up early on Remembrance Sunday! They often have 11
strikes broadcast that morning.
