Default Kol Israel

Monitoring observations here of Kol Israel 2000 English transmission,
indicate that they are using 15640, 11585 and 6280.

15640 Had threshold audio only when using the 200' E-W wire.
11585 had a very usable signal on the 70' wire.
6280 Had threshold audio on both the 70' N-S and the 200' wire.
