Default I made a nice electronic tool chest today..

I've had this metal box sitting on the shelf for years and today I
got energetic. The thing had stuff on the front and screws holding
it all together and a nice perforated case with rounded corners.

After I got the outer sheet metal off, I saw weird glass things and
wires all over the place. I had to gut it of course.

A quick trip to the hardware store got some nice brass hinges and I
made what used to be the front of this case into the lid. I covered
up the holes where the numbered dial things used to be with a sheet
of light polished aluminium. Lokks pretty sharp, I must say.

I need to do ONE more thing before this thing becomes the best tool
box ever. I merely need to repaint the case where it says Hammarlund
HQ 200..whatever the hell that means..and put my OWN name on it!
