FEBA Radio 9495

Noted FEBA Radio on 9495 at 1400 in English directed to Pakistan. Test tones on
frequency indicative of a Russian transmitter at 1352, running for several
minutes.

First few bars of 'What a friend we have in Jesus', just prior to start of
transmission.

Broadcast is via Novosibirsk.
