The bid question

How can I take two UHF repeaters 40 miles apart talk to each other?

From town "A" a Mobil can talk to it's repeater 25 miles.
A person drive 30 miles away to school and can't hit the repeater. Can I
mount a repeater in town "B" to talk to town "A's" repeater and back?
