Default FR-114B/U freq metr ?

A FR-114B/U Frequency Meter made by Florida Communications followed me
home. After a bit of work I got it going and find that it will count to a
little over 1700 Kc! It has 27 tubes and 6 readouts and will read out to
0.1 cps. Each driver card has 2 ICs and several transistors. Then time base
is a 100Kc Bulova oven. Tube and IC date codes are 1969. Google didn't
come with anything so I wonder if anyone out there has any info? I posted a
pix at alt.binaries.pictures.radio. It's too nice to be a boatanchor or
scrapped for the 5814A, 12AT7WA and CK 6844A.
Tnx & 73
