New to this group so be patient please
I have a Uniden Bearcat BC80XLT scanner I bought secondhand in the USA when I was over there on holiday. I live in Europe and I need to know if it is possible to change the frequencies bands that are preset. Is there any web sites on how to do this, I have access to Flash Memory programming equipment, if this is what is needed, any help please. Mark |
