Default What happened to Radio Metalica Worldwide?

The one pirate who created broadcast material even my wife enjoyed!

They also had an excellent signal into the South East US. Anyone know what
might have happened to them (him)? Maybe you've heard the station recently?
Hey Dr. Tornado - are you reading?

Haven't heard them in years, but haven't listened to the pirate band in a
while either. They used to have the strongest AM pirate signal I ever
heard... on a couple occasions they were blasting as strong and clear as
local stations, I wondered if they weren't broadcasting nearby (so'
Ontario). I taped a few of their programs -- a Rush special, and an early
test b'cast with all-Metallica -- and still listen to those in the car
once-in-a-while. And it wasn't just Dr. Tornado -- don't forget his pardner
Senor El Nino! Raydeeo Meh-telli-ca Worldwide-ah.

Absolutely the best pirate ever. Extremely funny. Interesting music.
Potent signal. Great stuff. I miss hearing them.
