Default Tags needed for Utah UAT-1 Transmitter

Hi,

I'm helping a friend restore a 1937 Utah UAT-1 CW transmitter. Each
contro on the front panel has a small metal label under it.
Unfortunatley two of them are missing. These are the "Oscillator Tank"
and "Oscillatorm Plate" tags. They are the typical black, tow hole
plates with solver lettering. Approximately 1 3/4" long and about 3/8"
wide.

Can someone point me to a source to buy these or suggest an easy
fabrication method?

Thanks,

Jim
