I am repairing a Gates Radio Co. amplifier, it is labeled,
Power Amplifier Model # 992-1715-001 Serial # 73-1184-004 Power Amplifer may be misleading, I suspect the output is less than 10 watts. I'm looking for a schematic or info leading me to a schematic. Would you have any information? Thanks Mike |

"I a,m repairing a Gates Radio Co. Amplifier,---." Barry Mishkind seems to be a Gates Radio fan. He has web pages devoted to the company. He says Gates was sold to Harris in 1957. Barry also says that reportedly Parker Gates died 9/16/86 at home in Quincy, IL. A search on Gates Radio produces much information. If Gated should not be responsive, Barry may help you get the diagram you desire. His address: Barry Mishkind 2033 Augusta Place Tucson, AZ 85710 Phone: (520) 296 3797 e-mail: Best regards, Richard Harrison, KB5WZI |
