Well, uh, uh, slow code started it!

I most certainly did not start it. I'm the nicest person on usenet.

I'm here to help guide and motive people on how they can make themselves
better radio amateurs, unfortunately, some of those I'm trying to help
prefer to be stupid and lazy, and they flame people that try to help them
and they are down right rude. You can see the no-code license was a bad
idea, we need to require all hams pass a code test to bring intelligence
and civility back to ham radio and the repeaters. I prefer getting the
code requirement back up to somewhere between 13 and 20 wpm for all hams.

Why don't you start by being civil on Usenet?

Hi Slow Code,
I don't normally open your posts ( didn't note the sender this time) so I
don't
know if your the nicest person on usenet or a jerk. I do know that your
posts
seem to turn into arguments about personalities and disrupt the flow of
helpful
info that can pass on rec.radio.amateur.antenna.
I think this newsgroup is dying a slow death and suspect many are leaving
because
of drivel such as yours. I know I have contemplated dropping
rec.radio.amateur.antenna
off of my list, there is just to much on the net to put up with much
garbage.

You can see the no-code license was a bad idea, we need to require all

I have been listening to the hams bands for years and noted plenty of room
for
intelligence and civility, I don't think no-code has added in more room.
The biggest problem I have noted is intentional interference on polite
roundtable
conversation.
Hmm! That seems to be what you do, only you do it on multiple
frequencies
(newsgroups) at the same time.

No one will enjoy being a ham with the bands totally sound like 11 meters.
