I need a 25W HF slug for my Bird.

I have several 2 meter slugs that I have no use for if anyone wants to
swap or buy.

It appears neither Bird nor Coaxial Dynamics produce 2-30MHz slugs for less
than 50W full-scale:

for the Model 43. The 4410 has two that meet the requirement - the 4410-3 and
4410-4. It's one of the reasons we purchased the 4410.

My mistake.... it is the 50w that I need. The one that came with the 43
I just bought reads about half scale. Are these repairable?

The elements that I do not have any use for are 150-250 2.5w and
100-250, 50W

One of my slugs (2500H) was doing the same thing. Cleaning the contacts
with an eraser cleared it up. Take a look at
http://www.repeater-builder.com/proj...ment-tour.html...
it shows what's inside (and how to get inside w/o destroying it).
