FS: Heathkit SB-220 Tech Special
I have a nice Heathkit SB-220 2kW linear for sale. This one is in great
shape cosmetically. Front panel is nice with all original knobs. Cabinet is in super shape. However, the person I bought it from indicated that some diodes needed replaced. I think this may be a common problem with the SB-220's, and I hoped to dig into it someday. However, I now realize there's no time for me to try to repair it. I will sell as-is and for repair for $400 plus shipping. A bargain at that price. Please email if interested and for a shipping quote. It's heavy, and shipping could be expensive (depending on where it has to be shipped). However, it will be carefully double boxed for safer shipping. Paypal accepted. Thanks Don K4WVA |
