This is a very clean 2meter/440 HT that has true dual receive. It is about
an 8 and works perfectly. Included is the original manual, Battery that does
not hold a charge very long, wall charger, Speaker mic, and a battery Pack
that holds 6 AA batteries either rechargeable or standard alkaline. so you
