Pair of nice VX400 8/16 channel UHF radios with one ten hour charger. Both
have encryption boards installed. Will include software but not the
programming cable.

Shipping and programming is included on this. Both have very good batteries
and are ready to go. With regards to the 8/16 channel comment, it is 8
channels in two banks or the bank select button could be used for talkaround or
scramble on/off. These were hardly used and are in very good condition.
