I am looking to buy one of the old Motorola Alert Monitors (known to
us old firefighters as the "red box")

Looking for one in working condition in the UHF band.

There are Plectron monitors still available from time to time. Might be a
little easier to find one of those. Are you looking for one for functional
purposes or for nostalgic reasons??
