Since August of 2003 this user posting under the name Dave Munroe
using the email address as
is infact a person from the United States; and is not this person
David Munroe.

This user's internet service provider was contacted at this time
in late August of 2003, This will be a prime case example of impersonation
and slander. Legal action has been filed in September of 2003.


A lawsuit is underway, either in news papers, magazines
radio, television, whether on the internet or not slander or impersonation
is illegal, and invites serious lawsuit.
I advise against's doing this.

if anyone has any information about this user posting using the above
email address, please forward this information to me asap.
