WTB: Motorola MC145155P PLL IC for TW4000A

I need a MC145155P PLL IC, used in the Kenwood TW4000A. This is
apparently an obsolete part, and is unobtanium from the usual sources.
Alternatively, I would be interested in a working synthisizer board from
a junker TW4000A.
