For sale: Night Owl night vision 3X monocular with built in infra red illuminator. I think the model
number is NOCX3. Fresh CR123 lithium battery included. Works great but has a small barely noticeable
light spot in the center of the field of view. $80 shipped Priority Mail anywhere in the lower 48.
OK, so it's not a radio----sue me.
