For a restoration project, I'm looking for an 866 filament transformer with
two (2) 115-volt primaries and with an insulation resistance of 3KV or
greater.

The secondary can be any of the following configuratons:

1. One winding, 2.5 volts @ 10 amps, with a center tap.
2. One winding, 5.0 volts @ 5 amps.
3. Two windings, each 2.5 volts @ 5amps.
