How can I "stop" Outlook Express from "SAVING" every email address to my
address book? It will save ALL outgoing emails I send.... thanks

Open tools+options
Go to the send tab and uncheck it.

Tools/Options/Send .. uncheck "Automatically put people I reply to in my
address book".

uncheck: Tools, Options, Send, "Automatically put people I reply to in my
address book."

Click on the "tools" menu in the toolbar. click on "options"
when "options" is open click on the "send" tab and look down the
list till you see the box that says "add to address book all replied
to emails" or something like that,,,,, uncheck it.
