need 6 new gm 300 uhf or maxtracs in 450 range. must have 16 pin and
be new only. can be 25 watt or 40 watt.

Sorry to say, only 2 ways to do that.....

Find an exporter/LatAm/Asian source, or find someone sitting on NOS.
The first option is obviously bad advice, and the latter is probably a
needle in a haystack.
Have you looked at the current production radios?
