If you are bound and determined, just use a GM300. Connect a relay to the 16
pin acc. outlet on back. Set your programming with DPL or PL. when the
receiver gets the proper sig. it will activate the relay and that can close
a switch to activate the door opener... Cavet.. nothing is 100% secure.
