DAYTON HAMFEST,WRONG TICKETS!! FOR FLEA
 

anybody else receive there Dayton Flea market packages,I received 4 admissions
ticckets,NONE of them have "FLEA MARKET" stamped on the front of the ticket,how
are we supposed to get in early to set up without the proper tickets,anybody
else notice this!! in past years the tickets for vendors always had "Flea
Market" stamped on the front....BOB KA8UWR

Have you tried contacting the Hamvention about this issue? Complaining about
this on the newsgroups is not going to fix your issue. You need to contact
them so they can attempt to fix your issue. Then if they don't do that you
can complain. There is still plenty of time before hamvention to get this
issue resolved.

My only connection with hamvention is I spend 3 days a year there. Not quite
sure why.

I see this as a question, not complaining.

I wondered the same thing and found out "vendor" tickets are a
different color from regular tickets. I'll bet the HV people will
wish they had mentioned this in the packages.

Hey as a loyal Dayton Hamvention fleamarketeer I paid last June 30th... I
think it really sucks they'd send out tickets to others before the folks
that were loyal to them by paying in advance. If you don't like my message,
guess that's just too bad... but I'm ****ed, wouldn't you be? Gerd, W2ISB

The PINK Dayton tickets ARE the FLEA MARKET VENDOR tickets. The GREEN tickets
are general admission tickets. I thought the same thing too at first. Read the
fine print on the back.
